Your  Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of internal site projects that align with our strategic initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring that they meet organizational goals and contribute to operational excellence. Your leadership and project management expertise will be vital in fostering collaboration, managing resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, while tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a Scientific discipline5+ years of relevant industry experienceExperience in project management or operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., SmartSheet, MS Project).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-oriented outcomes.
