Job Title: Senior Project ManagerJob Description Directs activities of workers concerned with implementing environmental construction projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Responsibilities + Oversee the implementation of environmental construction projects. + Direct activities of workers and subordinate supervisors. + Ensure projects are completed on time and under budget. + Prepare and manage change orders, cost control, and budgeting. + Read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications. + Write routine reports and correspondence. + Communicate effectively with customers and employees. + Solve practical problems with limited standardization. + Interpret instructions in various forms (written, oral, diagram, schedule). + Apply mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, geometry, trigonometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
