Job role 

The Workplace PM will be part of the Allianz Technology CIO and represent the CIO Team in the relation with the Branches, central Service Owner and he/she will support the central project management of the internal IT workplace.
 

What you will do
 

Implementation of roadmap activities for the CIO Team Organization, facilitation and follow-up of all meetings with customers, including technical ones Interface to all other teams of the project  Contribute to the monthly service reporting (compilation of all metrics and qualitative activities around the roadmap) Weekly (or as needed) status report Drive alignment between Allianz Technology and Branches  Manage and coordinate stakeholders, build a communication structure to be applied to all stakeholders, involving international customers and C-level executives specially  Liaise with technical and / or delivery experts or respective service providers to ensure the services are balanced between both standard solutions and customer needs Participate to various meetings with different stakeholders  Contribute and participate in the lead of the Workplace Chapter  Prepare the regular meetings with the SPOC in regard with the transformation in the branches Contribute to the innovation in the Workplace  Prepare the Workplace Transformation slides to be included in the global Governance Meeting
