**_Senior Project Managers - Conveyor Installation_** Ultimate LLC is **urgently** seeking to hire **Senior Project Managers (REMOTE WELCOME)** for **large-scale industrial parcel/conveyor installation projects** across the **United States** . The pay range is **$110-180k + Incentives** annually based on experience. We are looking for experienced leaders to work with our **Nashville based** team of dedicated, organized, and results-driven professionals. **Ultimate Job Duties:** + Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure. + Develop project schedules using Microsoft Project that accurately reflect the scope of work, confirming alignment with priorities and resource allocation, with critical path defined. + Lead the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and execution by leveraging lifecycle management processes to ensure consistency with project commitments and goals. + Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles, support, accountability, and transparency. Review project progress weekly and adjust resources as needed to meet goals. + Gather and define project requirements from internal and/or external teams and translate these into clear directives for technical teams. + Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align resources with project needs and address any gaps in a timely manner. + Set clear expectations with the cross-functional team for their respective roles, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
