What this opportunity involves:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Real Estate Fitout Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team. Take on a leadership role to manage the full life cycle of multiple commercial projects simultaneously, ensuring the highest quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Work across a top-tier corporate client base, delivering technically complex, high quality fitouts.

Overview of the role:

Full responsibility for the effective management of all phases of a project from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.Ensure monthly project deliverables are completed, including Project Delivery Plans, Monthly Status Reports, Anticipated Cost Reports, and Meeting Agendas and Minutes.Develop and manage project budgets in accordance with client requirements, forecasting expenditures to achieve completion within budget.Establish detailed project timelines with clear milestones and objectives.Maintain an accurate and current risk register and lead the identification, mitigation, and reporting of project risks.Lead value engineering, buildability analysis, and assist in critically reviewing design and documentation.Conduct contract negotiations, award contracts, and ensure proper contract administration with clients, consultants, and suppliers.Implement and maintain JLL Health, Safety, and Environmental systems, ensuring all projects comply with these standards.Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues, contributing to their professional development.

Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:

10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on Design, Construction, or Project Management.Preferred 7-10 years' experience in corporate office fitout, especially with finance and technology sector clients.Established network in corporate real estate with strong client and vendor connections.Strong project management skills, able to manage delivery from inception to closure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and cost reporting systems.Ability to conduct commercial negotiations within established authority limits.Comprehensive understanding of various project delivery methods and legal frameworks related to project planning and execution.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with all stakeholders.
