The Opportunity:
GILE is staffing a Senior Project Manager (Facilities) for Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities:

Perform technical support for facility maintenance projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelinesDirects and supervises all facilities support resources for the performance of project assignments and activitiesManage technical direction of a facilities project through the design, implementation and testing in accorda project objectivesAssist in management of the program support servicesManage a workforce consisting of Master Electrician, Master HVAC Technician, CADD Designer, and a General Maintenance TechnicianOptimize operating results in terms of cost, methods and person Implements quality assurance directivesAssist in defining and implementation of program schedules


Qualifications:

Required: 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical, engineering, or military discipline with 10 years of related facility project management experienceKnowledge of the functions and operations of major U. S. military commandsComplete understanding of contract cost and pricing principles that translates efforts into achievements especially in acquiring new and follow-on businessExcellent communication, effective leadership, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of various computer programs (i.e., Power Point, Excel, Word, and Project)Advanced leadership and decision-making skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentUS Citizenship, Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) indoctrinationSome positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$99,800 - $219,600
