Job role
In this role you will work with the Global Sales Support team in Allianz Services SE as a Senior Project Manager and collaborate closely with the Head of the Global Sales Support Manager to Support the sales and strategic projects from an analytical and organizational perspective.
What will you do
Organize, plan and execute the sales operations (sales governance, status reporting, oversight of key sales initiatives and RfPs);
Support the sales and strategic projects from the analytical perspective (market studies, potential analyses, etc.) and organizational perspective (organizational development/ ensuring the integration of all stakeholders of the sales process);
Manage a vast network of Key Account Managers (KAM) across the organization in multiple locations, in order to provide efficient active sales support to the group;
Provide active support for the Managing Partners, KAMs and Global Service Line Heads to enable the attainment of expected sales results (including proposal and business case preparation), in preparation of pitches & Requests for Proposals (RfPs);
Analyze and create transparency on the right shoring potential for our customer Operating Entities and plan together with the Head of Global Sales Support adequate strategies to grow the organization’s customer footprint, by performing in-depth analyses and suggesting go-to-market strategies;
Actively assess the pipeline items (quality, support need) and organize the necessary support, preparation of business cases for the approval of pricing committee, et al;
Lead/ participate in strategic projects in the Chief Customer Officer area;
Jointly with the Head of Global Sales Support steer the organization of customer events (e.g. customer council, global sales meetings etc.).
What you bring
University Degree in Economics/ Management, Mathematics or equivalent work experience;
International project experience (Consulting or Financial Industry);
Experience in managing projects involving RfP (request for proposals);
Sales or sales support experience of more than 3 years (preferred);
Management Consulting experience (preferred);
Experience in working with BPO companies;
International experience or academic track-record.

Great communication skills;
Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English (C2); German would be a plus.
