We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Lead to support a high-profile DISA JSP program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale DoD enterprise projects, managing multiple initiatives of varying size and complexity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our project management team, the Senior Project Manager will provide end-to-end project management services, ensuring successful execution of modernization and engineering efforts. This role requires expertise in DoD processes, governance frameworks, and industry best practices to drive efficiency and mission success.

 

Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple complex IT and engineering projects for DoD customers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Develop and maintain essential project management artifacts, including: Business Case Analysis (BCA) Project Charters & Management Plans Cost Estimation Worksheets Project Plans & Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Change Advisory Board (CAB) Artifacts Risk Management Framework (RMF) Artifacts Design & Implementation Plans Test Plans & Operations Guides Collaborate with system engineers, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure projects meet mission requirements and security standards. Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics to drive successful execution. Support engineering teams in maintaining project repositories and ensuring comprehensive transition plans for production deployment. Work closely with key stakeholders to meet Information Assurance, Mission Assurance, and Security Certification requirements. Oversee project governance, risk management, and compliance with DoD Change Management & ITIL processes. Utilize Agile methodologies and DevSecOps tools to support evolving project requirements. Provide weekly project status reports and briefings to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain risk registers, mitigation plans, and escalation processes. Manage customer expectations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all project phases.  Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Project Management for DoD IT and engineering projects. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). PMP Certification Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Agile methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Project & Office Suite.

DISA JSP Experience DI2E & DevSecOps Experience Cloud Migration Project Experience Strong knowledge of ITIL framework & Service Operations Experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF) & DoD compliance requirements 

 

Posted Min Pay Rate USD $145,000.00/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate USD $175,000.00/Yr. Salary Disclosure Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
