**Position Summary**
RSI is currently recruiting for aSenior Project Manager with remediation and demolition experience to support our West Coast operations. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the safe execution of project activities and milestones and deliverables, client interfacing, and other responsibilities from planning phase to project completion. This position will report to the RSI Remediation, LLC General manager and is located in Livermore California.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Ensure projects are safely executed on time and within budget. Interfaces with high level DOE staff and government contractors.
+ Analyzes schedules, resolves issues, and brings action to closure in a timely manner.
+ Develop and analyze reports to track project numbers and related data.
+ Identify project risks, develop mitigating actions and corrective actions.
+ Facilitate communication of best practices, report on project status and coordinate the assistance of various subject matter experts.
+ Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to the completion of difficult assignments.
+ Completes assignments that are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity.
+ Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
+ Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
+ Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
+ Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
**Required Education and Experience**
+ 10-15 years of experience in the area of specialization.
+ PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.
**Travel:**
+ Some travel will be required.
