The Senior Project Manager (Monitoring) will lead and develop monitoring initiatives as part of the services provided by Allianz Services Spain. This role focuses on advancing cloud adoption monitoring and ensuring the success of key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with Allianz Group’s cloud strategy.

 

 

What you do

 

Cloud Adoption Monitoring: Maintain dashboards and analytics on Power BI to track progress against cloud adoption goals. Strategic KPI Coordination: Define, challenge, and improve strategic KPIs while monitoring and reporting performance. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud adoption initiatives. Cost Efficiency and Elasticity: Drive initiatives to optimize cloud consumption and identify saving opportunities. Business Case Support: Collaborate with business owners to build and evaluate cases for cloud adoption. Governance and Collaboration: Steer the cloudification process through governance bodies (e.g., H4) and support operating entities during implementation. Presentation and Reporting: Prepare materials for management and executive-level meetings to ensure transparency and alignment. IT Governance Support: Assist business owners with compliance and governance requirements specific to IT strategies.

 

What you bring

 

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects and working with KPI systems. Hands-on experience with Power BI for monitoring and reporting. Basic understanding of cloud architecture and cost models. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint). Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in monitoring processes and identify potential risks. Business-Technical Balance: Differentiate between technical and business perspectives when providing solutions. IAM Expertise: Experience with Identity and Access Management design and architecture. Multi-tasking and Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
