At Domestika we are looking for a talented, highly analytical Senior Project Manager to support the launch and development of new strategic products.

As part of the Business Product Strategy team within the Product organization, you will have a privileged position at the core of Domestika's strategic thinking and decision-making and will be leading the launch and development of new innovative products with high long-term business impact.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will own end-ot-end the scope, management, and delivery of large-scale projects. You will work closely, influence, and interact with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to ideate, launch and develop these strategic products (e.g. subscription services, new course formats, etc.) with the goal of offering best-in-class experiences to our students, teachers, and creative experts while improving Domestika's unit economics.

You will use a combination of outstanding analytical and technical skills, business judgment, strategic thinking, and product/project management to innovate on behalf of our students and creative experts. You will use your ability to analyze and understand complex data to drive decisions. You will have strong cross-functional skills and will be comfortable working closely with business and development teams. You should be a self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.

What does a Senior Project Manager do at Domestika?
• Lead the launch and development of new strategic products with high levels of ambiguity and uncertainty, often outside of the company's know-how. Some examples include subscription services, new course formats, or new learning products.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders across departments to deliver high-quality products with a strong business impact.
• Monitor, report and be accountable on agreed performance KPIs.
• Understand existing new and customer needs and proactively address them.
• Identify new business opportunities and participate in strategic decisions to drive long-term company goals.
• Contribute to fostering a data-driven culture among product, tech, and business departments.

Requirements:
• 8+ years of working experience in e-commerce, product management, and/or consulting.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to comfortably work with data (including spreadsheet tools and database query languages).
• Superior project management and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Outstanding customer orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage uncertainty, and make complex business/product decisions.
• Strong motivation, proactiveness, bias for action, and willingness to roll-up sleeves.
• Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with remote teams at the intersection of business and product/tech.
