Responsibilities:

Oversees Project Services team to ensure effective and efficient execution of international and domestic research projects within agreed specifications – scope, time, budget and quality Can independently lead a multinational project with supports from team members Provide expert advice to internal clients on detailed research project planning Measure, monitor and manage project progress; ensure all QC standards are met Manage appropriate communication between project team, Research Services Client and all other project stakeholders as well as external suppliers Direct the team’s efforts in the most effective way on research projects management Develop the team’s knowledge and coach them in the use of project management skills to coordinate high quality research Coach and mentor junior staff

 

Requirement

Bachelor Degree or above At least 5 years market research or marketing business experience Demonstrated management experience, covering both staff and commercial management Experience in working closely with cross-functional and multi-national teams especially business and senior management Attentive to details, strong leadership and excellent communication  Excellent project management and organizational skill, and demonstrated ability to manage large multi-country studies Excellent planning and multi-task managing skill Good command of both written and spoken English  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Desire to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced, and changing environment
