Deine Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die eigenständige End2End Organisation von Events. Von der Beratung über Angebot, Vertragsmanagement, bis zur Umsetzung und der EndabrechnungErbringen von herausragendem Service, einschließlich Recherche von Veranstaltungsvorschläge, Budgetplanung- und KontrolleKongressmanagement im Vorfeld und OnsiteSehr gutes Compliance-VerständnisVerhandlung mit Lieferanten, Koordination und Controlling von SchnittstellenVerwaltung aller Projektdaten mit Hilfe eines Meeting Management Tools (z.B. Cvent)Bei uns steht die Leidenschaft für den Job im Vordergrund.
