About the role:

Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, management of project financials and drive client relationship management for assigned FIS client.

About the team: 

MAP PS - Team responsible for end to end FEDM product implementations, custom enhancements, product configurations, report building and upgrades for central banks.MME PS - Team responsible for end to end custom implementations of data scraping projects and integrating with MarketMap database for trading firms.

What you will be doing:

This position is for Senior Project Manager – Technology. You will be responsible managing product implementations and upgrades working with Consulting Services, Product Development and other internal teams, work with clients to document requirements and manage client’s delivery globally. You will be providing client support across multiple time zones and assisting clients during product installations in UAT/Production environments over the weekends.

What you will need:

Master’s degree in computer applications or equivalentMin 5-10 years of experience on Project Management and related toolsExcellent oral & written communication skillStrong understanding of creating and managing MS Project PlansManaging SOW’s/Change Requests for Upgrades/New Interfaces & EnhancementsCoordinate activities among team members, internal departments (technical and nontechnical), and clientDefining and managing Project plans, Project Risks & issuesAllocation and monitoring work of project team, providing direction and supportCreation of Project status reports and participate in client status callsManaging client deliveries, providing post-delivery support
