Join us and make a difference! **Job Responsibilities** + Lead and manage cross-functional R&D product development teams, guiding projects from business proposal to market introduction, with a focus on the innovative development of refrigeration valves. + Create clear and attainable project objectives based on the business case, ensuring alignment with R&D goals and business strategies. + Facilitate teamwork and foster a cross-functional mindset through the use of agile and scrum methodologies, ensuring a smooth R&D process. + Set stretch targets and coach team members to encourage high performance and continuous improvement, particularly in the R&D phase. + Manage project timelines, costs, and quality, ensuring they meet R&D requirements and are aligned with the business case for valve development. + Prepare and maintain project schedules, focusing on the timely and successful completion of R&D initiatives for new product development. + Ensure that customer requirements are met and verified, with a specific emphasis on the functionality and performance of the product. + Plan and execute R&D team meetings and workshops, tracking progress, identifying deviations, and communicating effectively with stakeholders, management, and customers. **Background & Skills** + Academic background in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent technical education. + At least 5 years of previous experience in international, medium-sized manufacturing environments in similar or related roles, preferably in product development for industrial customers. + Proven experience with project management models and methodologies in industrial R&D settings. + Strong leadership and networking skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams towards project success. + Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient execution and collaboration in product development. + Ability to establish strong practices in project execution, working closely with customers to meet specifications and deliver added value. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and open-minded approach to teamwork and collaboration. + Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Polish.Knowledge of a third language is a plus. Availability for international travel, mainly to Denmark.
