Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will define and implement efficient, future-oriented and competitive supply chain organizational structures and processes worldwide, aligned with Siemens Healthineers business goals, to identify continuous improvement areas through optimized processes, tools and controlling mechanisms and to ensure competitiveness worldwideYou will work as a (sub) project manager on SCM solutions (with a focus on MES, digitalization, automation and machine connectivity) from idea and consulting to implementation. This is done in close cooperation with the business areas, business lines, technology centers, regions and other functionsYou act as an interface to Siemens Healthineers IT and other business partners and work closely with them in a solution-oriented mannerYou model target processes together with the process owners and define corresponding requirements for SCM IT tools and applications to enable an optimal flow of information and effective knowledge exchange and to ensure the best possible efficiency of supply management at all levels as well as reliability and information capability internally and towards customers and suppliersYou will provide support in the area of machine learning-based anomaly detection, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance; your tasks will also include the development of suitable key figuresYou promote internal cross-divisional and cross-company collaboration and the exchange of information, e.g. on supply chain trends and strategies, machine integration

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university degree in mechanical engineering, business informatics or a comparable field of studyYou have many years of professional experience in the field of supply chain management, ideally in different processesYou have extensive experience in project management as a sub/project manager and have practical experience with agile projects in the field of supply chain management and the associated PLM/SCM IT tool landscape as well as corresponding processes, ideally in the medical devices environmentYou know the state of the art in the areas of planning, order management, procurement/purchasing, manufacturing, warehousing and transport in a global environment, and especially the state of digitization and SCM IT tool landscape and automation for the holistic SCM value chainYou have basic knowledge of current equipment connectivity technologies (OPC UA, MQTT, TPC/IP), advanced analytics, operational equipment effectiveness and automationKnowledge of SAP SCM, in particular SAP ME or SAP DM, is desirable
