Qualifications 12+ years of experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering and design, traffic operations, and/or ITS planning and design.Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Colorado, with expertise in transportation engineering and planning.Proven success in winning, leading, and delivering transportation projects in the local area.Established relationships with key stakeholders, including local DOTs, agencies, and municipalities.Strong business acumen, with experience managing projects profitably and navigating agency specifications.Exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate at all levels.Client-focused mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and delivering innovative transportation solutions.Proven ability to mentor and develop staff, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.Demonstrated experience in resource management, ensuring teams are effectively aligned and projects run smoothly.Why This Opportunity?Lead and grow your own practice, with full autonomy and support from a nationally recognized firm.Make a real impact, shaping the future of transportation in the local and regional market.Competitive compensation, lucrative bonus program, and potential ownership opportunities for top performers.

Salary Range:
