Job description:
Preparation of execution plans and project coordination procedures. Preparation of work breakdown structure (WBS) and project cost breakdown (CBS). Organizing weekly and monthly meetings to coordinate and follow up the project activities. Following up the daily activities of the project and ensuring the realization of the plans. Providing reports on the physical and financial progress of the project (weekly and monthly). Reports of deviations from the plan and its reasons. Providing performance reports on schedule and project cost. Analyzing the reasons for deviations from the performance and presenting a program of compensatory measures. Attending the employer's meetings and following up on the agreed measures. Reviewing and confirming the status of subcontractors. Preparing the report. Employer statuses (progress of project work). Effective cooperation with all project departments and company headquarters. Organizing project data and documents.
