The Senior Project Planning & Control Analyst develops executable cost and schedule baseline plans, as well as ensuring accurate and timely reporting of progress against the baseline plans and support management analysis, ensuring these systems are complaint with customer and company requirements.

You will join a local team and be backed with global expertise as well as a tailored professional development program to ensure you and your work are successful.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide project managers and control account managers in all aspects of planning, scheduling, performance measurement, performance analysis, and cost/schedule variance reporting for the programs under your control.Ensure that Project schedules and performance reports are generated and prepared in accordance with the company reporting timeline.Ensure data integration and integrity in the management of program schedules, program performance reports and accurate forecasting of cost and schedule outcomes.Understanding and knowledge of Earned Value Management, project planning and scheduling, risk management and program management.Ongoing maintenance of program cost and schedule baselinesAbility to create and generate standard reports and metrics and interpret them across functional boundaries.Demonstrate an intermediate level understanding of assumptions in an Estimates at completion and how it affects sales and earnings.Assist with promotion and demonstration of a continuous improvement model, values and approaches to business.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

University Degree in Business, Accounting or Engineering, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience.Demonstrated customer focus.Able to communicate and work effectively across job functions and with external customers and vendors as required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to facilitate a decision-making process.Experience with scheduling software, Open Plan, Primavera, or MS Project, and performance measurement software Cobra is desirable
