The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role will be based in Mountain View, CA.
We’re looking for an individual that thrives on making organizations more effective by scaling excellence. Working within the Engineering team and reporting to the Infra Operations Lead, this role would have a detailed purview into key priorities and project manage multiple initiatives aimed to drive operational excellence and Engineering culture across a 500+ person organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing, operationalizing, and executing projects and programs that help the organization run more effectively.

Responsibilities
• Design and execute initiatives and provide support to the Chief of Staff in projects that contribute to long-term operational excellence. Ensure projects have clear success measures and plans. Examples include All Hands, leadership meetings, offsites, OKRs, and other strategic and rhythm of business initiatives.
• Drive Org operations - Headcount, Backfill process.
• Reporting and Dashboarding - Build and maintain dashboards that give transparency into Org operations.
• Create and implement culture and communications plans to build cohesion across the organization.
• Operationalize budget tracking across the organization. Serve as the key point of contact for contractor budget programs.
• Support organization annual planning.
• Owning and streamlining vendor management process.
• Support branding events.
• Create and maintain best practices, resources, and playbooks that enable consistency and efficiency across the org.
• Collaborate with leadership on organization’s OKRs.
• Build rapport and relationships with cross-functional partners, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Finance, and others.
• Handling Data and spreadsheets, joining datasets, automating/pivots/macros to understand trends.
• Work on our Emerging Talent programs.
• Run special projects end-to-end: Tech Talks, Hackathons.
Basic Qualifications
• BA / BS degree or related work experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Background in managing multiple, concurrent work streams of varying complexity
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and GSuite, Sharepoint
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with spreadsheets, pivots, macros or app scripting
• Experience working with executives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to execute on time sensitive needs and working on process improvements in parallel
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills and a collaborative relationship building style
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, working autonomously, and identifying solutions
• Ability to learn new systems and tools

The pay range for this role is $112,000 to $182,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
