STaR Senior Project Specialist
\nWhy We Have This Role
\nAt Qualtrics, building and leading best-in-class Brand (BX) research studies is the core duty of the Project Specialists in the STaR team. Our Project Specialists ensure the success of research projects by managing project timelines and ensuring everyone is clear on their roles and responsibilities to deliver against client expectations. They play a pivotal client lead role during the lifecycle of the program from setup to key deliverables, with an extra focus on managing data collection.
\nHow You’ll Find Success
\n\nSupport the Strategy and Research (STaR) process from project implementation through final deliverables\nCoordinate timelines, communications, and manage expectations of clients and vendors, and internal teams\nWork on multiple projects concurrently, at various stages of development, with a natural aptitude for organization, and creating deadline-driven deliverables \nLead the data collection efforts on projects and support other deliverables, as needed\nEnsure that projects are set up for long term success with strong sampling plans that maintain respondent quality and feasibility throughout the life cycle of a project\nPerform advanced technical setup on client surveys, including setting up survey logic, creating quotas, testing the survey with vendor partners, and more\nBecome proficient in use of the Qualtrics software\nBuild and maintain client relationships as the frontline point of contact with our customers\nWork across a broad team of experts to create best in class Strategy and Research platforms for some of the most recognized brands in the world\nExhibit a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences\nMaintain continuous improvement and growth mindset\n\nHow You’ll Grow

\n\nSet up survey projects in the Qualtrics platform\nReview and testing these surveys \nEnsure that survey programming and quotas are working as anticipated\nReview and advise on data collection plans\nSend the survey to potential participants\nManage vendors who aid in the collection of responses\nSelf-serve sample needs in Qualtrics’ private marketplace\nMonitor the collection of responses\nSupport clients on multi country programs, maintaining comprehensive notes and ensuring relevant actions are addressed in a timely manner\nAnalyze data stability for longitudinal health of the program\nEnsure data quality using our proprietary methodology\nParticipate in project debriefs and reviews\nManage project level budgets, to deliver margin\nLead contact and follow-up with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate renewal\nProvide key inputs to update scope of contract and assess account risk associated with renewal\nConduct survey programming and technical updates in support of client success packages\nMaintain accurate source of record on all customer communication\nAccountable for 30 renewals per project manager\n\nWhat We’re Looking For on Your Resume

\n\nBachelor’s degree or higher in market research, marketing, economics, sociology, psychology, statistics, or other relevant fields\n1-2 years of experience working at a Saas/Technology Company, Market Research Agency, or Consulting Firm (requirement depends on role level)\nSuperb written and verbal communication both internally and externally\nExcellence in time management and ability to prioritize workloads\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, and highly competitive environment\nExcellent attention to detail, troubleshooting abilities, and problem solving skills\nExperience leading or supporting research projects, either in an academic or professional capacity\nExperience with Qualtrics platform, preferred\nExperience with basic statistical analysis (requirement depends on role level)\nFluency in English\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team

A crucial part of our function lies in empowering customers to be proficient using the Qualtrics platform across a diverse range of research products (DesignXM, BX, UX). Our work is fundamental to the purchase and renewal of software, and seeing our customers become advocates of the software is a measure of our success
