Senior Property Manager

What the role involves.

You’ll oversee a fantastic portfolio where no day will be the same. Assets included are high profile commercial buildings based in the CBD, North Sydney and Macquarie Park.  

You’ll provide the highest level of service ensuring the owners and tenants are engaged and happy on a daily basis, confirming that client deliverables and scope of services are undertaken to the highest degree of expertise and professionalism.  

Other key responsibilities include maximising rental revenue, compiling regular reports, overseeing expenses, maintaining excellent building presentation, collaborating closely with your Building Operations Manager, ensuring site compliance, completing routine property inspections, as well as overseeing sustainability and ESG planning/ reporting.

You have a successful track record in commercial property management, and you have that reputation for providing friendly, timely and effective service towards clients, tenants and contractors.

Exceptional communication skills are essential with a familiarity with property management software and tools. You possess a solution-orientated mindset in order to assess and address issues quickly.

Property Management is no longer just collecting rent and writing monthly reports –it’s about building communities; finding innovate ways to activate buildings; creating new spaces for collaboration; building landlords of choice; incentivising tenants in their fight for quality; initiating important conversations about ESG and sustainability; becoming the essential eyes and ears for our stakeholders and setting a path for their investments to reach their full potential. 

A NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required.
