About the Role:

Coordinate with contractors to maintain the common areas such as cleaning, conservancy, landscaping, and horticultural work, as well as improvement and cyclical projects at public housing flats in designated Town CouncilsConduct inspections on the ground and to follow up with the contractors on the rectification of the defectsFollow up with issuance of works orders to contractors and to check on rectification of works and process paymentsEngage and manage with residents’ feedback and to carry out call back service when the defects are rectifiedDiscuss and follow up on maintenance issues with grassroots leadersAssist grassroot leaders to organize grassroot activitiesAttend MP’s house visits, grassroots and upgrading meetings after office hoursAttend to urgent cases refereed by Manager, grassroots leaders and EMSUDo cross audit of estate inspections, arrears visitations and special duties when assigned.

About You:

Min Higher / Nitec with 1 -2 years relevant experience in property/estate/facilities management or building/facilities maintenanceGood communication skills, both written and spokenTeam player, able to work independently with minimal supervision
