Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Proposal Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

Conceptualize, research and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions and presentationsWrite non-technical text, and edit and proofread all marketing communicationsProvide storyboarding and message development for strategic pursuitsBe responsible for timely production and quality of marketing communicationsActively participate in content for business class and marketing materials developmentCoordinate trade show participationDevelop conference concepts, promotions and artwork, and coordinate booth activitiesAct in Project Manager role as neededCoordinate public involvement events as neededPerform other duties as needed

A minimum of 3 years of experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in MS Office and InDesignWorks cooperatively with diverse teams, regional, department, national, technical managers and project staffCommitted to quality, improvement and HDR valuesRequires little or no direction in area of specializationMust exhibit proficient technical computer skills, advanced knowledge of communication theory and basic layout and design principlesGood interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and customer service skillsDemonstrates understanding of market and public relationsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
