Overview The senior proposal coordinator works across the sales enablement team to support the development of high quality proposals and other marketing/business development materials. She or he is responsible for providing project management services related to bid development and other business development initiatives. Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include: Support proposal managers on large, complex proposals with proposal development activities, team communications, and document control to adhere to the proposal development process Serve as a point of contact for information requests related to proposal development Create and manage to the proposal development and internal project timelines, including scheduling review and development meetings Track action items and use problem-solving and critical thinking skills to mitigate or escalate schedule risks Enable the bid decision process through bid qualification requests to senior staff Ensure proposals comply with request for proposal requirements and TRC’s brand, including completing forms, formatting documentation, compiling volumes, and reviewing content Support marketing initiatives including graphic design, layout, social media posts, newsletter development, and event management Support the sales operations team by conducting market research to assist technical staff in identifying and prioritizing clients and key pursuits Support knowledge management initiatives, including organizing and cataloging large amounts of technical, graphical, and company information Mentor proposal coordinators and interns Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. Interest or experience in the energy industry a plus. 1-4 years of related experience. Microsoft Office proficiency required. SharePoint, CRM, Adobe, Graphic Design, Word Press experience a plus. Minimal travel may be required to other regional offices or work locations. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
