The Division of Philanthropic Alumni Engagement (PAE) at the University of Pittsburgh is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships with donors, alumni, and stakeholders, supporting the University's mission in education, research, and healthcare. We invite you to become a pivotal part of our team as the Senior Prospect Research Associate.

In this role, you will serve as the integral part within PAE's Clinical Prospect Development department, reporting to the Senior Director, Prospect Development.

Key responsibilities include:

Conduct detailed, in-depth research on individual, corporate, and/or foundation prospects for major gifts ($100K and above) and special gifts (below $100K). Maintain direct communication with fundraisers and executive administrators to stay aware of fundraising activities and needs. Provide accurate information to respond to fundraising needs by creating concise, accurate research profiles.Proactively identify new prospects for University of Pittsburgh clinical fundraising programs and UPMC. Utilize superior analytical abilities and sophisticated research skills to produce cogent and insightful reports. Apply expertise in relevant technologies and techniques for research.Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.
