Key Responsibilities:

Champion Novartis' interests in political decision-making processesForge partnerships with key stakeholders in the health policy landscapeSpearhead initiatives to enhance our reputation in health and social policyMonitor and influence legislative procedures proactivelyCultivate and expand our network with political entities and ministriesRepresent Novartis authoritatively in industry associationsCraft strategic direction and compelling position papersMentor and coordinate a high-performing public affairs teamReady to work hybrid

Essential Requirements:

Degree in Political Science, Public Affairs, Law, or related field5+ years of experience applying Public Affairs tools and strategiesProven track record in political interest representation, inside knowledge of political parties very welcome Fluency in German and English, with outstanding communication skillsDeep understanding of German and EU decision-making processesComprehensive knowledge of health policy and pharmaceutical regulationsExperience in team leadership and project managementDemonstrated ability to navigate complex political environments
