If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering outstanding results, we’d love to hear from you! **Main Responsibilities** + Strategy and implementation of medium to large-scale PR projects/campaigns from A to Z. + Development and design of PR strategies and communication plans in co-operation with other relevant teams (strategic planning, creation, content and production). + Active contribution to tender proposals including research work, liaising internally with different teams, contribution to case studies and definition of KPIs. + Providing guidance in the implementation of PR strategies. + Acting as a trusted advisor on matters related to PR on an internal and external levels. + Contribution to the development of new PR services and innovation of existing ones. + Budget preparation, planning, monitoring and reporting. + Regular contact with clients (mainly within the EU Institutions). + Building tactics, engaging with journalists, stakeholders, content creators and empowering them to become multipliers. + Liaising and working closely with our network of PR agencies to implement PR strategies and activities at local levels. + Production of PR assets: multi-media news releases, social media posts, insightful presentations and reports. + Coordination and follow-up with internal production teams involved in PR projects. + Mapping of media outlets, stakeholder organisations and content creators and pitching by e-mail and phone (mostly in English but any additional languages is an asset). + Implementation of communication services around events including overseeing secretariat for awards/competitions participation + Ensuring social media promotion and live coverage of events on social media. + Monitoring of PR and social media activities and projects/campaigns’ pick up. + Analysis, reporting and presentation of results in dedicated reports and presentations. + Coaching of junior colleagues. + Ability to travel from time to time. **Requirements** + Minimum 7 years of proven experience in PR. + Experience in tender proposals for EU communication projects. + Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written) - any additional language is an asset. + A keen interest in and knowledge of EU institutional communication. + Good storytelling and pitching skills. + Proven ability to develop and cultivate relationships with journalists, stakeholders and content creators. + Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media, with a particular focus on managing and covering social media for events. + At ease with Microsoft Office Suite, mailing and survey tools + Proactive, solution-oriented and can-do mindset. + Team player, encouraging team spirit and promoting professionalism and positive attitude. + Strong problem solving, analytical, organisational and planning skills. + Flexible with a great sense of responsibility and adaptability to changing workload. + Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. + Coaching and mentorship skills. **Why ICF NEXT?** ICF Next is one of Europe’s leading integrated communication agencies, specializing in large-scale campaigns for clients across the European Union.
