Key Responsibilities:Leads setting up work management systems and metrics. Uses metrics to drive continuous improvement of team and leads projects to address gapsUses data analytics to track and communicate supplier performance related to on time delivery, exceptions, quality, and price changesCommunicates performance trends internally and externally, including areas of immediate support needed. Works to align United and supplier data. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to best support United’s operationSingle point of contact for suppliers and relays priorities and initiatives. Challenges suppliers to meet departmental goals. In charge of automated reporting and team special projects
