The senior purchasing expert in the oil manufacturing and design company is responsible for overseeing the purchasing and procurement process for operation and maintenance in the oil and gas, oil refining and petrochemical industry. This role requires the ability to negotiate, analyze financial reports and make intelligent decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform procurement and procurement processes to ensure on-time delivery and within budget
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Evaluation and selection of suppliers based on technical and economic criteria
- Monitoring contracts and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions of agreements
