The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Sr Python Automation Developer with exceptional skills in Python development, Automation, GIT, Jira. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Python Automation and a deep understanding of software engineering principles. Familiarity with Docker is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance and support. Design, and implement Automation for Python-based solutions to address business requirements. Develop and maintain high-quality Python Automation packages and libraries, ensuring code reusability and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements, propose Automation solutions for Python based Applications. Drive best practices and promote testing and Automation as part of software development. Perform Code, Design reviews and mentor Peer Automation AT developers. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in SW Testing, Automation and related areas. Best optimization, quality work and manage the tasks via Jira, Confluence, Nexus, Bit-Bucket. Contribute to the enhancement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in Python Automation development. Proven expertise in Python and proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Bit Bucket. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive results.
