Flynn Group of Companies, North America’s leading building envelope contractor is looking for Senior QA Automation Engineer to work from our Mississauga location. What We Offer Funded training and development program Very well-equipped on-site gym Dental and supplemental medical plan RRSP contributions Employee and Family Assistance Program Free parking and EV Charging facility  Excellent on site, subsidized cafeteria Family Events and Flynn Fest MSDN Subscription Monthly Azure and AWS credits Windows laptop with lots of RAM and an SSD Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive test strategy for web and mobile -based products Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design, to ensure that quality standards are met Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of web applications Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve issues Monitor and track defects and issues, including providing status updates to stakeholders Continuously improve the QA process by identifying and implementing best practices, tools, and techniques Supply mentorship and training to QA testers to improve their skills and knowledge Investigate customer complaints and product implementation issues What We Are Seeking?Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 7 years of experience in web application testing, including manual and automated testing Strong technical skills in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in leading and managing a team of QA testers will be an asset CANPSV#LI-AD1CANMAXSVCANRSV
