Job Description

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for innovating and driving new quality initiatives and establishing new test frameworks and testing processes.


 

Design and develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, automation, and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of software products

Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to understand software quality requirements and design effective test strategies.

Define release planning and provide input on software readiness for production deployment.

Define key metrics for measuring and reporting on the quality of software products and test effectiveness.

Identify and document defects, issues, and potential areas of improvement in the software development process.

Perform root cause analysis of complex issues and work with the development team to resolve problems and enhance the overall product quality.

Adapt new technologies, tools, and processes from the organization as needed.

Managing multiple tasks and maintaining up-to-date records.

Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Familiarity with automation frameworks

Data parsing and validation experience with XML and JSON

Experience with database testing, including designing and manipulating test data

Knowledge of design principles, design patterns, anti-patterns, and best practices for maintainable code

A passion for technology and continuous learning to keep up with the latest testing trends and techniques


Basic Requirements

6+ years of quality assurance engineering experience

4+ years of delivering test automation test tools, leading the QA projects and initiatives experience

Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak)

Proficient on Linux and Windows platforms

Experience with cloud platforms ( Azure, GCP, and AWS)

Experience with C#

Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools (e.g., GitHub, AzureDevops )
