Role description:
Our team is set to achieve significant milestones in 2025, making this role essential to our success. Your contributions will support:
1. Ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) tool.
2. Further development and delivery of the Unit Cost Modeling Tool.
3. Initiation of a new module, the Work Bank Builder, which will require extensive testing to meet our quality standards.

Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of concepts like descriptive statistics, variance analysis, and regression models are essential. • Validate data integrity and complex modeling algorithms.
• Identify, document, and report defects with detailed analysis for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices—ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Work in a dynamic Agile environment with frequent releases, adapting quickly to new features and evolving requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with API testing, with an emphasis on integration testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Advocate for quality assurance best practices within the team.
• Located in the CET time zone (±1 hour) for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for test case management and issue tracking.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Playwright (JS/TS), WebdriverIO or Cypress.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (preferred) or other programming languages.
• Strong experience with API testing tools like Postman, with a focus on RESTful APIs and integration testing.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail or Azure DevOps Boards.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
• Experience or willingness to learn containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to collaborate with distributed teams across multiple locations.
