Senior QA Engineer 

As a Sr. QA Engineer you should have the following mandatory skills:4-7 years of experience in quality assuranceExperience in creating test strategy for a features and ability to find critical issues.Strong experience in root cause analysis of bugsExperience in testing application workflows (SaaS model)Strong database skills, should be able to develop/debug/understand complex SQL queriesGood experience on PostgreSQL databasesHands-on experience in Cypress io or any other JavaScript base toolsHands-on in Java ScriptHands-on scripting experience in Ruby (good to have)Sound knowledge of automation frameworksExperience with testing in Git CICope up with fast context switchingREST API/JSON formats understanding and Postman toolWorking experience on Linux OSWork well in a collaborative, team-based environment (both work autonomously and as part of a team)Experience on Jira and agile environmentThe candidate will be required to perform the following responsibilities:Be a Tester who can test complex applicationsUnderstand complex workflows, integrations, understand API/JSON formats well and query databasesDeal with big data, data warehouseDesign, develop and run a manual and automated quality testDesign, develop and run performance tests using JMeter and Datadog (good to have)Review functional and design requirements to ensure full understanding to enable the development of good test scenariosIdentify defects and impact on the solutionsDeliver high-quality software that matches technical requirements in a timeframe that matches business needs.Collaborate well with onshore and offshore teamsFollow process by adhering to documented methodology. Provide good and clear test cases, with traceability to requirements and defectsDesired Skills:Code analysis and debugging capabilitiesExperience in Java scriptsExposure to JMeter performance testingEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
