Job DescriptionCreate and maintain test automation frameworks using software development methodologies and defined technologies taking into consideration processes as CI/CD and multiple environmentsCreate and maintain non-functional tests (ADA, security, performance, etc.)Work across teams under agile methodologies participating under the QA role actively, identifying requirements and analyzing design specifications with the team and communicating in English with technical and non-technical membersPerform QA technical testing tasks like API and database testing interpreting queries and database tables relationsCreate and track bugs/defectsCreate manual test scenarios for automation test cases, identifying and prioritizing the ones who are most suitable for automation testing to achieve the best coverageSending status reports informing about status of the testing process, basic metrics, results of tests and raising relevant priority issues and risksCreate level of effort- LOE estimatesEnsure content and structure of testing artifacts is documented and maintained using the best practices for quality assurance automation solutionsBe receptive on learning about new technologies and self-driven to stay on top of the QA trending, to apply them on projects or furtherly participate in initiatives as mentoring and knowledge transfer sessions with the teamResearch and recommend the most effective technologies, approaches and strategies for QA Automation implementation across projectsPrioritize necessary tasks and tests for successful testing executionsIdentify and inform effectively about potential quality issues and risks on projectsProvide mentoring and guidance for team members

QualificationsSoftware Engineering or a related degree3-5 years of related QA experience4-6 years of QA Automation experienceProficiency providing maintenance and executing automated test casesExpertise in software engineering concepts for products design, development principles and agile methodologiesExperience with databases environmentsExperience with CI/CD implementationsExperience with QA Automation strategies, approaches and methodologies for mobile, back-end as API and front-end technologiesExperience with project and bug tracking tools as JiraExperience with tasks estimation process LOE and prioritizationProficiency with functional testing and experience with non-functional testingExpertise creating and maintaining QA documentation like test plans, test cases and status reports and collecting metricsExperience being receptive to learn and work with new technologiesExperience on mentoring of resourcesStrong Analytical and problem-solving oriented skillsAbility to be assertive in communicationEnglish level B2 or higherISTQB Foundation or related certificationDesirable knowledge on JavaScriptDesirable experience with test case management tools as Zephyr, Spira test or Xray
