Requirements:

Software Quality Assurance & TestingAbility to identify testable statements contained in requirements and specification documents, and devise and run appropriate testsParticipate in the overall planning and execution of QA Team testing objectivesResponsible for the creation of test cases and design steps and any associated defects related to QA assignmentsDesign and develop automated tests.Ensure all QA control functions are completely and consistently executedAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; as well as define problems, and develop methods to resolve them in a timely mannerQA standards and qualityPlay a role of in advancing and supporting the Broadridge Software Quality Assurance StandardsAbility to use sound reasoning to identify root causes of problems and production incidents related to QA assignmentsStrategic Development and PartnershipPartner with peers, management, senior managers, internal and external business users to identify, gather, and understand their goals and to formulate strategies to support them, while prioritizing requests and staying within deadlines.Work collaboratively with team to create and share technology vision on an ongoing basis.


Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance3+ years of experience in automated tests developingBasic SQL Server and Transact SQL skillsBasic PowerShell, Git, TeamCityTomcat (basic knowledge)Windows IIS basic knowledgeExperience in Agile development methodologiesGood analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirementsGood problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills

The candidate should be able to work independently or in a cross-functional team in multitasking and dynamic environment. A good understanding of financial industry or services is a big plus.
