Senior QA Engineer

Summary: 

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our cutting-edge technology greenfield programs here at WTW where you be a pivotal member in one of our teams developing the next generation of solutions for the insurance industry. You will work alongside other engineers as part of a close-knit agile development team to ensure our products meet high quality standards.


The Role: 

Ownership of test strategies for features or whole applicationsCollaborate with the product stakeholders * developers to define User StoriesCollaborate with developers to resolve issues & achieve high levels of test automationDevelop & execute functional & non-functional tests from unit to whole system and UX – manual & automatedInvestigate new tools and techniques, share best practice with other teams

The Responsibilities: 
 

Extensive years’ experience working in software quality assurance roles or comparableExperience in taking ownership of a particular area of software quality assurance for either a product or a team functionStrong UI & ideally API test automation experience with at least one of the following development languages:TypeScript and/or JavaScriptC#Experience working in a “shift-left” culture and CI/CD, ownership / evangelism would be an advantagePerformance testing experience would be an ideal, experience with Azure Load Test and JMeter would be a strong advantageExperience of data analysis using system monitoring / aggregation tools would be advantageous
