Desired Experience :

4- 7 Years of experience as QA Engineer working on Manual Testing and handling Customer tickets

Having Good knowledge and experience in testing Microservices

Experience in testing APIs, complex backend distributed/cloud enabled applications

Working knowledge of Postman or similar REST API

Experience testing with containers, cloud, virtualization, and configuration management.

Understanding the Requirements and write the Test Plan documents and granular level Test cases (covering all types of testing +ve, -ve, corner case, Boundary analysis..etc)

Understanding of the Customer Tickets and able to analyze and come up with the test cases and work with Developers/CSM/PM in order to prioritize the ticket

Collaborate with stakeholders to map customer requirements with business objectives, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and customer support to ensure a smooth testing process.

Maintain detailed documentation of test results, defect reports, and customer tickets; generate quality metrics for management.

Monitor and resolve customer-reported issues in a timely manner, providing feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Share patterns or recurring issues with product and engineering teams to inform product improvements or bug fixes.

Experience with NoSQL DB, preferably MongoDB

Knowledge of JIRA, Git,Confluence

Proficient with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, QA methodologies, Defect Management System, and Documentation.

Understanding of Functional Test methods and different phases of testing: System Integration, System Testing & User Acceptance Testing

Collaborate with other developers across multiple departments

Actively participate in improving testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Working knowledge of Test Automation is an added advantage (any automation tool - Selenium, WebDriver-IO)
