Job description

We are on a mission to recruit an exceptional Senior Tester who will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of comprehensive testing solutions. This critical position requires a multifaceted individual with extensive experience in various testing methodologies, team management, interview support, needs assessment, offer creation, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management: The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a diverse team of testers. They should foster an environment of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement, while providing mentorship to junior team members.

Interview Support: The Senior Tester will assist in the recruitment process by participating in interviews, evaluating candidates, and providing insights to ensure we hire the best talent for our team.

Support in Needs Assessment and Offer Creation: The role includes understanding the needs of different projects, assisting in the creation of offers, and ensuring that our solutions align with business objectives and requirements.

Project Delivery Oversight: The candidate will take full ownership of the testing lifecycle, from initial planning through to execution, delivery, and post-implementation support. They must ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Expertise in Testing Domains: The ideal candidate will have a broad and deep understanding of various testing domains including manual, automated, performance, and security testing. They should continuously seek to incorporate industry best practices and stay abreast of the latest trends to enhance our testing processes.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring the highest levels of quality and reliability in all deliverables is paramount. The Senior Tester will implement and monitor quality assurance metrics to drive continuous improvement and corrective actions where necessary.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in software testing with a strong track record in managing and leading testing teams. Comprehensive knowledge of various testing methodologies and tools. Experience in participating in interviews and evaluating technical candidates. Ability to understand project needs and contribute to offer creation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Profile Requirement: Proven experience in software testing with a strong track record in managing and leading testing teams. Comprehensive knowledge of various testing methodologies and tools. Experience in participating in interviews and evaluating technical candidates. Ability to understand project needs and contribute to offer creation.
