Senior QA Tester

This position is 100% Remote. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Provides a range of subject matter and consulting expertise to support the development and execution of requirements working groups, training and communication sessions, and user testing sessions + Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key process, system, and technical views of the OneStream XF project + Read, understand and analyze business requirements; identify test scenarios; define test plans; create test cases and scripts; execute tests; identify & report defects and report outcome of test events + Manage multiple operations, ensuring quality standards and work performance + Experience in developing and maintaining plans to organize and oversee work efforts; provide risk management and ensure quality management + Experience with both functional and non-functional requirements – good project management and systems engineering skills + Ability to assist with interviews of key system stakeholders and translate produced information into well-crafted requirements statements + Excellence in executive-level oral and written communications (briefings, presentations, and strategic documentation) + Assist in day-to-day client relationships and communications + Prepare progress reports and client briefings + Prepare quality project deliverables + Help to plan and execute program within client governance structure **Minimum Qualifications:** + 5 or more years of professional experience in an appropriate field + Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field or Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, accounting or other field related to Federal financial management with demonstrated software testing experience in ERP or CPM systems + Experience on large transformation, system integration, and/or architecture contracts + Understanding and proven application of project management best practices such as PMI’s PMBOK + Experience using Test Management tools + Strong analytical skills with ability to define, collect, and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make logical decisions + Strong organization and prioritization skills + Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills + COTS Business Systems experience + Experience working with ADO Tools (e.g., Test Plans) and/or Jira + Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment + Ability to build and manage internal and external relationships at all levels within an organization while possessing diplomacy and cooperative style necessary to work effectively with diverse individuals across functional disciplines. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Large Federal Business System planning, experience in financial management programs + 5 or more years of experience performing on Federal government consulting projects throughout the full project lifecycle + OneStream platform knowledge **Clearance Requirements:** + U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. Government Public Trust or Secret Clearance The projected compensation range for this position is $84,900-$141,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
