I am looking for a Senior QA Tester willing to work from the office in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and Execute test cases for casino games, sports betting features, and payment systems. Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple platforms. Document and report bugs using defect tracking systems. Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track and improve product quality. Test across multiple devices and browsers. Create and maintain quality management systems and documentation. Oversee the entire QA process, including requirements review, test planning, execution, and defect management. Collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to ensure quality is built into the development lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes and methodologies. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations through robust quality processes. Implement and maintain risk management procedures. Oversee security and performance testing programs. Drive automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of quality assurance experience. Proven experience in iGaming or regulated gaming environments. Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices. Experience with quality management systems and standards. Knowledge of gambling regulations and compliance requirements. Knowledge of software testing methodologies. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
