Wood is looking for a Senior Quality Advisor at our offices at Sir Ian Wood House in Altens, Aberdeen on a 8 month contract working within our Upstream division. We can offer this position as a fixed term staff, PSC or PAYE contract. The role offers Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 days working from home.

The Role

You will be supporting the application of quality principles, measures, and the quality management system across a program or project. Focused on improving delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction and 
reducing potential risks and rework whilst complying with Quality policy, and standards and delivering agreed objectives.

You will act as primary point of contact for quality on the project, supported by the Lead Quality Advisor. 

You will be supporting assurance of the Wood Business Management System through a structured risk-based program. 

You will be supporting measures that ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement using performance data to make factually based decisions. Engaging and presenting quality leads/managers with information and data to enable preventive interventions.
