Transporeon is looking for a Senior QA Advocate to join our amazing team!

What you will be your key responsibilities:

Be an active trusted advisor during the customer lifecycle focusing on quality first on delivery of our customized solutions or migrations for high impact and complex customers;

Coordinate with relevant project and development teams relevant customer projects to ensure the quality of the customized solution from the start of the process until the hypercare phase;

Understand and document actively customer business processes, expectations and review requirements with all stakeholders including customers feedback during UAT;

Be accountable for the delivery of high quality software during the relevant projects and tasks, focusing on reducing manual testing efforts at the end of the process and ensure high quality during any step in the project lifecycle;

Communicate in an active feedback loop with all stakeholders including developers, project managers and customers, focusing on high software quality on solution delivery;

Provide accurate estimations for the quality assurance testing (non-project management) tasks for all kind of relevant requests;

Helping to create testing documentation, supporting in ramp-up faster after go live, while reducing the live testing feedback until hypercare ends.

Quality Assurance Software Testing General Skills:

Ensure high software quality with manual testing for relevant projects;

Act as an internal trusted advisor for project managers, enterprise integration teams, and customers until the project is handed over to support;

Actively assist superiors in identifying (continuous) process improvements;

Create, maintain and rework test plans;

Transfer knowledge within Quality Assurance team;

Promote company strategy and values.

Requirements: 

Having experience in Software Testing Quality around 3 to 5 years or alternatively being an internal and long-term experience colleague within Transporeon;

Ability to communicate with both technically-minded and non-technical audiences in English, conveying messages in non-technical language when necessary;

Understand and have knowledge of and about software testing processes;

Having very good analytic skills (log checks, error meanings etc.);

Being very good on documentation of test cases and test projects;

Understanding and awareness about quality and how to ensure software quality;

Experience in software development life cycle;

Familiarity with continuous deployment methodology;

Having ISTQB is a plus.
