The essential functions of this role are as follows:

Conduct procedures to ensure that all IT systems, products, and services meet minimum standards and requirements.Work closely with the applications development team during software development, including areas of applications development, operations/technical support, and security.Administer change control processes to ensure zero defect software development.Document testing data, findings, and reports.Provide requested weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reports and regular updates to the assigned manager/supervisor.Devise improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.Perform workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.Recommend new/improved QA practices and procedures.May assist with the preparation of QA documents, manuals, training curriculum, and training sessions.The job profile is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
