Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive.  **Your role and responsibilities** As a QA (Quality Assurance) /Test Developer you will be designing better ways to identify potential weak spots, inefficiencies, and issues within software systems. This position will work closely with development teams and other test engineers in the implementation and delivery of software products that meet rigorous quality standards, budgets, and timelines.  Your responsibilities will include:  * Leading planning and execution of the tests (including test driven development) * Development of automated tests and their integration with CI/CD pipelines * Ensuring rigorous quality standards are met throughout the entire software development lifecycle * Working closely with development teams to identify potential weak spots, inefficiencies, and issues within software systems, fostering a collaborative approach to software quality.  **Required technical and professional expertise** * Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Manual / Automated testing * Software Quality Assurance experience * Manual & Automated Test experience * Sellenium/Playwright Automation experience * API testing and API automation experience * Linux and Unix environment skills * Deploying/Configuring test environments * Debugging skills * Experience within Agile Development Methodologies * Ability to collaborate meaningfully and respectfully in a team environment under high pressure. * Ability to work independently and proactively. * Self-Starter, quick learner of technology, who is also excited in teaching and transferring knowledge, be able to multi-task. * Genuine interest in solving customer issues and software quality. * Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills **Preferred technical and professional experience** * CI/CD Build Pipeline experience * Understanding containerized solutions including Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift * Experience with ML frameworks and LLMs * Ability to see clarity in complex situations. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to quickly changing product requirements.
