Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE :You will be responsible for supplier and imported quality related activities and ISO & FSC to ensure the smooth and effective operation of incoming activities related to quality are performed and executed accordingly. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Ensure all incoming and imported products not meeting product specification will be held physically and updated into the system.Managing Suppliers7Perform simulated testing or real application testing as required.Track and monitor critical to supplier quality parameters and work closely to suppliers and manufacturing to improve the capabilityHandle customer complaints by conducting investigation and providing feedback to the requester within the specified time and feedback to respective team for corrective actionsLead and supervise incoming quality lab staff  to carry out routine product testing and additional test requiredWork and monitor closely with production, planner and CCC on preventing and resolving quality issuesAssist on ISO related activities and conduct internal auditsAssist on FSC related activities and conduct internal auditsCoordinate on purchase of chemicals and lab use itemCoordinate on Calibration management systemPrepare and submit relevant reports accordingly

QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.Science, Engineering, or related experience preferred.4  years + of QA experience in Incoming Material and Supplier Management.Hands-on experience in FSC or ISO9001 is mandatory.Certified Auditor or Certified Quality Analyst preferred.Thoroughly knowledgeable on database administration and systems testing and auditing processes.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent auditing and statistical skillsExcellent attention to detail & organizational skills.Excellent technical aptitudeStrong team-building and mentoring skills.
