You will:

Highly collaborate on the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive testing strategies for both manual and automated testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and provide input on testability. Develop and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency and test coverage. Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution.

You have:

6+ years’ experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing methodologies. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing processes, and best practices. Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves:

Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques. Experience in API testing and understanding of RESTful API principles. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Experience with testing mobile applications on various platforms (iOS, Android). Certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) and active participation in QA communities or forums.
