You will develop and supports processes and practices necessary to improve the quality of products/services and level of risk control. Typically manages 2 or more specialized departments comprised of supervisors, managers, professionals, and/or large numbers of operational support employees.

Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Support the implementation of the QE Program and overall QE process and standards through continuous test execution and reporting.Understand and use established QA processes and best practices, and continually improve upon them.Engage with the Project team to report QA status and issues, and provide quality deliverables.Develop, code, document automation scripts to test applications of average to high complexity using different programing languagesResponsible for designing the effective test cases using both manual and automation-based approach and test design techniques.Automate assigned areas/feature using existing Framework and create new frameworks and provide test estimations.Closely work with Application Development team as one unified team to integrate quality engineering mindset/concepts.

Must-have

5+ years of total QE experience with good knowledge of Testing Life Cycle, SDLC and Defect Management processes for application support and development for Product under test and associated requirements to develop test strategy, test plan and test casesExperience with test automation frameworks/tools e.g., (SoapUI, Selenium, Appium, UFT/Lean UFT/RestAssured/RobotFramework, TestNG) and script development using scripting languages (e.g., Python, VB Script etc.)ETL Application testing experience with strong working knowledge of data structures, SQL and Datastores.Excellent communication skills and effective negotiation skills.Experience with Jenkin, Helios, Git, JIRA, Confluence and qTestHands-on experience with Java, SQL, Selenium, Python.

Nice-to-have

Understanding of GenAI workflows and LLMsExperience with public cloud (Microsoft Azure and AWS) and private cloud (IBM OpenShift)Experience in Micro Service testing, performance testing, accessibility testing3+ years of QE Lead role
