You will work in Baltimore as a member of the Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) Testing Team. You will conduct software validation (acceptance testing) for the Office of Child Support Enforcement expanded Federal Parent Locator Service for all lines of business. **Responsibilities:** + Review the changes mentioned in the change request + Prepare test data, test plan and test cases + Execute the testing + Report the test results + Assist with Subject-7 automation **Required Skills:** + Strong hands-on experience creating and executing JCL in Z/OS mainframe environment + Strong knowledge of IBM Utilities and TSO/ISPF is required + Experience with various mainframe file and data manipulation tools such as Syncsort, Fileaid for VSAM, DB2 and SPUFI + Experience testing at least one relational database such as DB2, Oracle, Postgres, or SQL Server is required. + Experience with various forms of Testing such as System, Acceptance, and Regression is required + Experience with testing of web applications + Experience with Industry Standard Testing Methodologies and Process The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
